一向都好喜歡韓食, 泡菜鍋, 石頭飯, 泡菜餃子, 炆牛肋骨, 不過催淚的韓劇就免了. 早前見到 athena 弄韓國炒粉絲, 照片又拍得很好吃, 就已經勁想整. 往後數個星期都應該沒心情 / 沒時間做飯, 現在想做就去做吧. 還死心不息的跑去沙田買韓國粉絲, 好貴!!!
材料:
韓國粉絲, 碎豬肉 (可用牛肉代替) 4安士, 甘荀半個, 翠玉瓜半個, 冬菇 3 隻, 蒜頭, 蔥頭適量
調味:
味醂, 鼓油, 胡椒粉, 麻油 (最後才下)
做法:
1. 甘荀, 翠玉瓜, 冬菇切條狀, 備用.
2. 粉絲煮 6 - 8 分鐘出水, 過冷河.
3. 先炒蔬菜, 盛起備用.
4. 炒豬肉至金黃, 加入調味, 下蔬菜和粉絲.
5. 混入麻油, 好香呀, 完成.
如果有芝麻就靚哂啦. 暫時去唔成北韓, 食住韓國炒粉絲頂住先.
