第一次去睇樓, 單位沒什麼好說啦, 反正在樓市熱烘烘的這一刻還未有心 / 能力入市. 一天未看真單位還只得個想字. 看到實物, 知道什麼一回事後才有意思. 這個我一直很喜歡的花園戶, 已經和我想像有很大差別.
經紀小姐說她這個月有3宗交易是連樓都沒有看就成交. 嘩! 買衫都要試啦, 弄到自己負債纍纍的物業反而不看好不可思議呀. 我肯定是個麻煩買家, (找到心儀樓盤後) 一定要早, 午, 晚看一次, 天知道樓上老婆婆會唔會唱戲嘈嘈閉.
我都滿意後, 還要請來風水師傅過目. 過百萬的樓都要買了, 都不在意那幾千塊的師傅利是. 對我來說, 住得安心是無價的.
現在能負擔的, 一般都是二手樓. 為了 make myself home, 全屋從新裝修是必然的. 就是新樓, 我也不一定喜歡發展商的設計. 無論做什麼事, 我都不喜歡被人索著走, 又抑是在別人的影響下過活. 這種懶有個性的代價是一筆可觀的裝修費囉.

Really like the photo you inserted up there, I think most of the furnishing is from Laura Ashley (Idealhomes is one of my favourite interiors magazines too!)
I know exactly where you're coming from about putting your own stamp on the place even if the property is second-hand. That's what I did too about 2.5 years ago. oh i love your before/after comparison. can tell you put in so much effort to make a sweet home. i kind of fear fabric sofas are too hot for hk.
