賢妻良母訓練班 - pasta alla carbonara


外出我就打死都不吃 carbonara, 食材太簡單, 唔抵. 因為家中有煙肉, 做法又不難, 就做做看. 本來想做最 original 的 carbonara, 看了若干食譜後, 發現應該是 pancetta 不是培根, 也不應該下忌廉. 沒有忌廉我擔心不夠奶味 (最後因為孤寒用回牛奶), 也不夠講究去買 pancetta, 就干脆加入日前用剩的本菇.

材料:
意粉, 煙肉, 本菇, 牛奶, 蛋黃, 蒜頭, parmesan cheese

做法:
1. 意粉出水, 先煮 5 分鐘後焗 5 分鐘.
2. 爆香蒜頭和煙肉, 下本菇, 煮至收水.
3. 倒入牛奶, 用中火煮滾.
4. 混入意粉, 做意粉沾滿牛奶.
5. 灑上 parmesan cheese, 繼續搞拌.
6. 加蛋黃, 熄火, 快手撈勻, 用意粉的餘溫把蛋煮熟.
把相片 upload 到 facebook 後, 很多人都質疑我煮飯的能力. 車, 我一向都有做菜 (ok, 我知frequency 很低, 做的也是簡易菜式), 你唔知啫.

i cook 2-3 times a week now (mostly lunch and pasta) but cant continue with this frequency anymore when i go back to work nx week. today's pasta is yummy and healthy too, but only good looking dishes will be posted here / fb. heehee~
