賢妻良母訓練班 - 海藻蛋花菜肉雲吞


放假在家一個人吃午餐, 本來想吃剛進駐大埔的譚仔記米線. 某天 lunch 的麻辣小吃勾起味蕾對川菜的思念. 但想到打後數頓餐都要外出吃時, 還是決定有家弄點什麼吃算了. 家中只有東東雲吞, 12顆狂風掃落葉必然很快就吃完. 用東東的湯底也感覺很頹, 在床上攤抖時就想出用海藻蛋花湯也應該不賴. 懷著期待去入睡.

材料: 雲吞 (可以的話自己包更好), 海藻適量, 雞蛋 1 隻

做法:
1. 海藻用水浸 3 分鐘, 用水清洗, 備用.
2. 打勻雞蛋, 備用.
3. 煮熟雲吞, 放在湯碗內, 備用. (煮過雲吞的水會有梘水味, 要再換清水煮湯底)
4. 水滾後, 下海藻煮 5 分鐘.
5. 下雞蛋, 用筷子撥開成蛋花, 下鹽和雞粉調味.
6. 熱湯倒在雲吞上, 完成.

這個菜只需 15 分鐘就完成, 清甜又健康. 海藻的好處就有一大堆啦: 排毒, 抗癌, 消脂, 降血壓, 清火安眠, 提高免疫力, 數之不盡. 吃完後, 感覺清新, 沒有飽飽滯滯的肚撐撐感覺.
